GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS
Please read the ingredients in each of my listings carefully. If you have sensitive skin or think you may be allergic or may have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients listed, please **DO NOT** purchase or use the product.
We strictly adhere to the proper usage rates of fragrances and essential oils in our bath and body products. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations.
Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

WHY ARE MY PRODUCTS NOT IDENTICAL?
All of our products are handmade, hand painted, and produced by a human. No two products are ever alike and will have minor cosmetic imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products, that is exactly what makes our products special.
WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
At The Burlap Barn Company we use UPS to ship our products when possible. If for some reason your package has not arrived or states that it has been delivered but it's not on your doorstep please check your UPS tracking, and coordinate with UPS to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. However, we will work with you to help you locate your package.
